Service Description

Where our clients require further HR administrative or coordination support, our HR Consultants or HR support team typically
offer the following services

  • Administration of personnel data through our in-house Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Sick Leave and Leave administration
  • Maintaining personnel data and files
  • Collecting necessary information for salary processing and updating of files
  • HR Reporting for management purposes.
  • Administration necessary for the maintenance of employment equity, skills development and BBBEE reporting.
  • Co-ordination of general day-to-day HR activities including:
  • Co-ordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Inducting new employees
  • Co-ordinating training interventions
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Scheduling meetings and HR related events
