Italian Sausage
Italian sausage, with a hint of roasted fennel, a dash of red wine, gives new meaning to “breakfast banger”.
Lean Beef Burger Patties
Most of us love the good old burger, but the meat to fat ratio as well as the cut of meat used is the difference between a good burger and a great burger. Our lean beef burger patties are made with our delicious lean beef mince. Our mince has a 90/10 meat to fat ratio, ensuring that the end result is juicy and delicious.
Lean Beef Mince
Packed full of protein and essential vitamins this tasty and lean beef mince is perfect for making burger patties, cottage pie, lasagna and spaghetti bolognese.
Rump Steak
Rump steak is full of flavour and is known as the steak lover’s steak. A lean cut with little fat, which can make it a little less tender than other cuts of beef.
Sirloin Steak
Just above the tenderloin you’ll find the sirloin, another delicious cut of steak that is tender and pretty lean. One of the differences between the fillet and the sirloin is that the sirloin is covered with a layer of fat that, when cooked properly, melts into the meat making it juicy, tender and delicious.
